Powder Room Services provides an office hygiene computer cleaning and telephone cleaning service where individual workstations are sanitised on a regular basis.  The screen, keyboard, mouse and telephone are treated with germicide of commercial strength that will inactivate bacteria without being of harm to the user or the equipment.

Dispensers containing anti bacterial wipes can also be wall mounted, allowing staff to clean and sanitise telephones and computers between servicing.  The wipes are extremely concentrated for high use areas.  The active ingredient will leave residue for ongoing protection.  It is however not recommended for computer screens.

The wipes bought over the counter are very good for cleaning as they are water based. Having wipes supplied by a hygiene specialist means what you are using is a concentrated combination of dual quats which will not only clean, but sanitise on application, and leave a residue for ongoing protection. The germicide is safe and non-toxic to human contact.

What equipment are the wipes suitable for?

Whether it is your own telephone or computer you are sanitising, or a communal fax/photocopier, the Powder Room Services office wipes are suitable for any hard surface. It is not however recommended for computer screens or glass.

Where is the best place to install the wipes and will my staff use them?

The best place are areas where staff frequent regularly. Popular places are by the photocopier, utilities or lunch room. Powder Room Services provide signage so your staff know the importance of using on a regular basis.

How often are the wipes serviced?

Powder Room Services provide a new cartridge every month. This ensures the wipes are kept moist and therefore at their most effective state. Your hygiene consultant will recommend the number required to last the distance.
